You can always track the status of requests in the Request List section on your Dashboard.
After a request is submitted, it will be assigned to a member of our Client Services team and an invoice for your Participant or Product registration or Product archive request will be issued.
The service levels for processing registration requests for APIR Codes are -
- Participant APIR Codes:
- Same business day of receipt of payment and all required information
- Product APIR Codes:
- Standard requests: Next business day following receipt of payment and all required information
- Fast Track requests: same business day of receipt of payment and all required information
The service levels for processing archive requests of APIR Codes are -
- Participant APIR Codes:
- 2 business days following receipt of payment and all required information
- Product APIR Codes:
- 2 business days following receipt of payment and all required information
