Sometimes when using the website and/or the portal, you may get screens that are blank or missing information.
If this happens, try the following:
1. If you are using Google Chrome for your browser, try clearing the browser cache by pressing F5 or Ctrl-F5, and see if the display problems have disappeared. For other browsers, follow their instructions to clear the browsers cache or history.
2. If problem still persists, try to log-out and log-in again as this will reset your session with our server.
