Level 1 data answers the questions 'Who is Who'. It includes entity details, such as:
- The registration authority identification number (e.g. for Australian entities this will generally be the ACN or ABN or ARSN)
- The legal name as it appears in the business register
- The entity’s legal and headquarter addresses as noted in the business register
