Annual Maintenance fees ensure your APIR Codes remain active, valid, and visible in the APIR directory. If payment is not received by the due date:
- The Participant will be flagged within APIR’s system as a ‘non-subscriber' and the Participant and its associated Products will be suspended;
- Where a Participant has been marked as a ‘non-subscriber’ no services will be provided by APIR until all outstanding fees have been paid; and
- APIR will promulgate the ‘suspended’ status through the APIR Data Services to subscribers, which may include researchers, dealer groups, third party technology service providers.
In short, non-payment can disrupt the usability of your APIR Codes and impact on the distribution or administration of your products within the financial services ecosystem.
