To renew your LEI, you will need to review the entity data provided at registration or your last renewal (e.g. entity name, legal/headquarter address) and confirm if there has/hasn’t been any changes. Additionally, you will also review the information about the Direct and Ultimate Parents. If a Direct or Ultimate Parent exists, you will need to attach a copy of the most recent Consolidated Financial Statements.
