To initiate the transfer and renewal of your LEI, you will need to supply the LEI of your entity. You will then need to review the entity data provided at registration or your last renewal (e.g. entity name, legal/headquarter address) and confirm if there has/hasn’t been any changes. Additionally, you will also review the information about the Direct and Ultimate Parents. If a Direct or Ultimate Parent exists, you will need to attach a copy of the most recent Consolidated Financial Statements
