If an incorrect option has been selected for the LoA completion method, you will need to Decline the digital signature within DocuSign. This can be done by selecting the drop-down option located next to the Finish button. Once declined, please allow 1–2 minutes for the system to redirect you back to the Letter of Authorisation page, where you may recommence the process from the beginning.
