The LoA for an LEI request, including Registrations, Renewals and Transfer & Renewals, must be signed by an individual who is legally authorised to represent the Legal Entity.
This includes those formally appointed and registered with regulatory bodies (e.g. Director or Company Secretary), individuals authorised under governing documents such as constitutions/ deeds/agreements, recognised authorised signatories, and individuals holding a valid Power of Attorney (PoA) or Authorised Signatories.
Please Note: Individuals signing under a PoA or as an Authorised Signatory must provide a copy of the valid PoA document or an authorised signatory list that is dated or certified within the last 12 months.
